You gain access to your project by clicking the relevant link in this section, which will then redirect you to an external platform called capsa.cz. There you fill in your unique login information (username and password), which had been assigned to you. For security reasons, please, never share your login information with any other person.
After logging in into the project the initial screen will present a list of recent changes in uploaded documents, calendar events and planned tasks. For navigation use the left panel with options. According to your authorization rights certain functions of the platform will now be available to you, e.g. upload, read and edit documentation, add calendar events, internal email communication, message board etc.
The platform enables tracking of individual document versions and sending information about performed changes in the project by email. All changes to the files are saved as new document versions, so that it is clear who and when made the changes and what the changes were. You can also use the option to receive regular updates about new documents, new document versions and comments about the files via email. The function “edit online” prevents any two users from editing the same file at the same time. Through the website, you simply open a file in your default editor (Word, Excel…) and the platform locks the file for changes by others for the duration of your work. After you finish editing the file a new version of the document will automatically be uploaded to the server. Shared Calendar enables planning of project events and the module “Tasks” shows which documents are being processed and whether the deadlines are being met. All document changes and notifications concerning upcoming events, as well as approaching deadlines or alternatively notifications about deadlines not being met, can all be sent to your email address.
We believe this platform is sufficiently intuitive and effective for trouble-free experience when carrying out standard steps of the project completion process. ISIDOR
This H2020 project aims to improve organ retrieval by building a shared repository for a core set of pseudonymised data from potential organ donors across EU and Canada. From existing databases the project will upload data related to organ donors and their care and analyse data using descriptive biostatistics and state-of-the-art machine learning. The project will propose a novel governance model that is specific to organ donation and transplantation and design IT apps for instantaneous decision support in the time-sensitive selection, triaging and care of deceased donors.
