ISIDOR: International sharing, analysis and integration of deceased organ donor datasets to improve organ retrieval
Královské Vinohrady University Hospital

More here

The project aims to improve organ retrieval by building a shared repository for a core set of pseudonymised data from potential organ donors across EU and Canada. From existing databases the project will upload data related to organ donors and their care and analyse data using descriptive biostatistics and state-of-the-art machine learning. The project will propose a novel governance model that is specific to organ donation and transplantation and design IT apps for instantaneous decision support in the time-sensitive selection, triaging and care of deceased donors.
